9906 - Education Coordinator


Will oversee the daily educational operations of Indiana Center for Biological Microscopy, the Renal courses for medical students, and the Nephrology Fellowship program. Coordinate the recruitment process for applicants of fellowship program and other training courses. Coordinate, support, and assist with operations of the Division of Nephrology. Maintain and develop effective and efficient policies and procedures in order to promote excellent operational systems across the all education programs within the Division.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing recruitment activities and ensuring timeliness of promotional materials; partnering with faculty to develop training. Will assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of data collection and information analysis systems. Create, implement and evaluate methods of curriculum development and data collection, templates for educational experiences and resident teaching evaluations. Will manage the Medical Education portal (MedHub) for supervision of service, rounding, evaluations and credentialing. Will maintain accuracy of all curriculum and regulatory guidelines from agencies.

To be successful candidates should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and should have excellent time management skills. Experience in MedHub, OnCourse, IarBed and ERAS is preferred.

 
Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, plus 1-2 years related experience. Degree concentration in Adult Education or related area preferred.
