7632 - Associate Director of Admissions, Kelley School of Business


Job Summary: Responsible for long-term enrollment planning, establishing admission trends through University Division and Direct Admit populations, and assessing outcomes of admitted students’ academic performance. Provides group counseling and individual assessments for students interested in applying for Kelley admission; makes admission decisions; advises students regarding program options; and participates in I-Core preparation. Develops a strategy for creating a qualified, diverse class and designs and delivers student recruitment programs for all intended business students, along with targeted programs for women, minorities, international students, and transfer students. Manages two coordinators.

REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree and two to three years of student services experience.

Ability to work with diverse student populations and experience working with university policies and procedures.

Preferred: Master's degree and five years of experience. Knowledge of Kelley and IU systems, and experience working with students and parents.
